Ricardo Graf has lead solar development project teams to over $502MM in project financing of utility-scale solar PV projects over the last nine years and is the primary point of contact for development related activities associated to the Gemini Solar Project. He is seasoned in all facets of solar PV project development – between his efforts, most recently with SunEdison and GCL New Energy, he has created over 2,000MW of project pipeline/backlog in the Western U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Jamaica. He is the overall project director for all projects at Arevia and manages their execution including permitting, interconnection, PPA, regulatory affairs and construction. He holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Pacific Union College and an M.B.A. from La Sierra University.

R. Boehm will present an overview of several aspects of the current development state in solar energy applications. While it will focus particular emphases on the local area, some wider ranging information will also be included.
The presentation is divided into three parts.
In the first part, the situation of solar application development in the US generally will be outlined.
In the second part, several Nevada commercial projects, particularly of large scale, will be shown and discussed.
Finally a brief overview of the projects that have taken place in the Center for Energy Research at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in the last several years will be shown.D
John Floyd began his professional career as a young military officer. Commissioned as a second lieutenant, he has held several leadership positions directing the efforts of hundreds of military members. After a successful military career he joined New York Life Insurance Company. While there his sales record earned him an opportunity to join the agency management team. He help recruit, train and develop successful agents for the company. He won a company national sales management award. His management experience also includes operating small business and serving as president of a local title insurance agency. Other back ground includes expertise in business planning, estate and insurance planning.
He also worked for nearly seven years with a Key Bank. There he solidified his understanding of business cash flow planning; lending specifics and treasury management accounts.
He has operated as a commercial loan broker and facilitated the purchase and refinance of real estate projects and served as a consultant.
John has served on numerous private and public board and commissions. In 1997, he was chosen as one of twenty candidates, by the Anchorage Mayors office to as a participant of the Pew Charitable Trust “Civic Entrepreneur” Program. In 2008, he was nominated by Alaska Governor Sarah Palin and subsequently confirmed by the state legislator to serve on the Public Accountancy Board, which oversees the licensing of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
He has been a Rotarian for nearly twenty years and continues to be active in community affairs. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale Illinois. He has been married for nearly 25 years and has four children.

A 25 year resident of Las Vegas.
Guy served IBEW apprenticeship in Sacramento, California and gathered experience in many aspects of electrical construction: residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable energy installations.
Currently Guy Snow is a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer and general foreman with G & G Systems, where he lead the design-build renewable energy division. In addition to that position, he stays busy teaching IBEW electricians Photovoltaics at the local training hall; reach out as an independent solar compliance consultant for our local utility, NV Energy; and serve on the Board of Directors for Solar NV, the Southern Nevada Chapter of the American Solar Energy Society (of which is a Life Member).
