Stan Hanel is Secretary and Board of Directors Member of the Las Vegas Electric Vehicle Association (LVEVA)www.lasvegaseva.org
After editing and writing for the local LVEVA chapter newsletter, Stan was approached by an editor of the “Drive” automotive section of the Las Vegas Review-Journal in 2009 to write a monthly column about electric cars called “Plugged In” that ran continuously until 2014.
Stan currently co-hosts the Shades of Green radio show on KDWN 101.5 FM/720 AM every Monday morning from 9 AM to 10 AM, produced by the Green Alliance of Nevada: https://www.greenalliancenv.org/shades-of-green In his spare time, Stan also likes tinkering with electronics and tries to avoid blowing things up (not always successfully)…

Future Presentation by Alex Kragie working with Governor’s Office of Energy to create the Nevada Clean Energy Fund. The NCEF is Nevada’s Green Bank, created to enable financing for renewable projects around Nevada.
