Celine Apo will present an overview of Southwest Gas’ Energy Efficiency Programs and Rebates for 2015, including solar water heating rebates.  Celine has been with the Energy Efficiency department at Southwest Gas since 2010 and manages the Company’s Solar and Low-Income programs in Arizona, California and Nevada.
